Frances Conedera, PMHNP
Frances received her BSN from the University of Oregon School of Nursing. After graduation she attended University of California, San Francisco for a Master of Science degree. In 2000, she returned to school at Washington State University where she completed work for her nurse practitioner certificate.
She worked for many years as a staff RN and nurse educator. She had an integral role in the regionalization of the Oregon Providence Health System. At Multnomah County Health Department, Frances was a key player in development of the Primary care Medical Home, while also appointed as Director of Nursing Practice.
Her past PMHNP practice includes Corrections Health, non-profit agencies, private practice and primary care clinics.
Frances is a native of Portland, Oregon. She grew up in a large Catholic family. She is a wife and mother. In 2020, after 43 years of married life in Portland, she and her husband relocated to Vancouver, Washington. Favorite pastimes are reading, biking, sewing, gardening and travel.
