Michael Sherman, MD, PhD

Dr. Michael Sherman is one of three co-founders of Holy Family Catholic Clinic. Creating the most pleasant patient experience possible by delivering superior medical care and outstanding customer service is the driving force behind his practice. “Medicine has been a natural culmination of my science training as a PhD Chemist and living out my faith by serving the patients within my community.” Board certified in both Internal Medicine and Pediatrics, Dr. Sherman is a specialist for adults and children alike. He attended Creighton University in Omaha, NE for medical school and residency, and has lived and practiced medicine in the Corvallis area since 2003.

Andrew Tistadt, MA, MS, PA-C

Andrew Tistadt, MA, MS, PA-C

Andrew Tistadt, PA-C is a family medicine physician associate with nearly two decades of experience caring for patients from newborns to seniors. An Oregon native, he graduated from Pacific University’s Physician Assistant program in 2006. Earlier in his career he spent a year teaching English in Ecuador, deepening his love of Spanish and his commitment to culturally attentive, compassionate care. His interests include preventive care, pediatrics, dermatology, and women’s health. He believes the most important part of medicine is the relationship between patient and provider.

Grace Jazrawi, DO

Grace Jazrawi, DO

Dr. Grace Jazrawi (currently on extended maternity leave) is an internal medicine physician originally from New Jersey, and one of three co-founders of Holy Family Catholic Clinic. She is trained in the Creighton Model System at St. Paul VI Institute as a medical consultant and practitioner, and has a passion for offering superior, life-affirming healthcare to women, especially those struggling with infertility. She creates long-term relationships with her patients, assisting in healing in any way she can.

Kara Johansen, PsyD, ABPP

Kara Johansen, PsyD, ABPP

  • Behavioral Health Consultant

Dr. Kara Johansen is the first Behavioral Health Consultant to join the Holy Family Catholic Clinic team. She received her MA in Counseling from Western Seminary and her PsyD from George Fox University, and is board certified in clinical psychology. Throughout her career, her focus has been on serving children and their families. She values working with patients of all ages and appreciates the collaborative nature of primary care.

Liz Musich

Liz Musich

  • FertilityCare Practitioner

Liz Musich is a FertilityCare Practitioner who teaches the Creighton method of cycle tracking. Cycle tracking is for any woman having cycles regardless of age or state in life. Couples can use it for Natural Family Planning, and women can use it to better understand their biology and monitor their reproductive health. Issues that may present in charting can then be assessed and treated by NaProTechnology.
