FAMILY MEDICINE

We provide comprehensive healthcare services to support your long-term wellness. Our team offers annual wellness visits, preventive cancer screenings, skin cancer screenings, routine immunizations, and laboratory testing. We focus on early detection, disease prevention, and personalized care to help you maintain your best health at every stage of life.

INTERNAL MEDICINE

Our providers specialize in managing complex health conditions in adults, including diabetes, heart disease, and kidney disease. They also provide personalized support for older adults, helping them navigate the challenges of aging with expert, compassionate care.

PEDIATRICS

Our pediatric providers offer well child checks, acute illness visits, newborn care, sports physicals, immunizations, infant circumcision, and rapid strep and flu tests.

PROCEDURES

Many in-office procedures are provided, including: EKGs, IUD and Nexplanon® removal, joint injections, toenail removals, wart treatment, and skin biopsies.

WOMEN'S HEALTH

We provide well-woman exams, Pap tests, clinical breast exams, and treatment for conditions such as PMS, abnormal bleeding, menstrual cramps, PCOS, infertility, and recurrent miscarriage. We also offer IUD and Nexplanon® removals. We offer cash pay options for IUD/Nexplanon removals for those without insurance.

NATURAL FAMILY PLANNING

We provide instruction in the Creighton Model FertilityCare System for women and couples to monitor and understand their fertility, whether to help achieve or avoid pregnancy.

MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES

We believe that mental health is closely tied to one’s physical health, which is why we offer integrated behavioral health care right here in our clinic. Our on-site Behavioral Health Consultant (BHC) works closely with your primary care team to support your emotional and physical well-being, providing treatment options to help you manage both physical and mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, pain, stress, postpartum issues, and much more.
