Position Overview
Holy Family Catholic Clinic is seeking a Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) to join a growing outpatient practice dedicated to faithful, relationship-centered medicine. This is a unique opportunity to practice in alignment with the Ethical and Religious Directives (ERDs) of the Catholic Church while building a meaningful and sustainable primary care panel.

Compensation & Structure
- 1099 independent contractor model
- Percentage-based compensation tied to clinical productivity

We are currently a single full-time provider site with clear opportunity for expansion, making this an ideal setting for a physician who desires to help grow a mission-driven practice.
Clinical Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care (preventive, acute, and chronic care) as either a family medicine or internal medicine provider
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with patients and families
- Deliver care that respects the dignity of the human person at all stages of life
- Option to participate in outreach care for underserved populations in partnership with local ministry efforts

Qualifications
- MD or DO, board-certified or board-eligible
- Eligible for unrestricted Oregon medical license
- Training in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, or related primary care field
- Commitment to practicing in accordance with Catholic moral teaching
